Fullservice has recently completed all interventions required that led to the construction of two restaurants, Wiener Haus and America Graffiti, and a track for the GoKart where the Hotel Erba once stood.
Wiener Haus is a themed restaurant on two floors for a total of 700 square meters and of 370 seats indoors and 100 outdoors. An avant-garde structure from an energy point of view made with the “turnkey” formula by the Fullservice contract division. The GoKart track was built just below the hotel on an area of 1,600 square meters as America Graffiti restaurant with 167 seats in order to dine while following the races. Fullservice contract division took care of all the works that preceded the opening.
The mayor Marcella Tili declared herself satisfied in view of an important signal for the local economy, as stated in a note: “This is an investment of millions of euros made in our city to offer citizens and not just a place of entertainment and entertainment. This shows that Erba is still attractive. For my part, I am happy because we are going to redevelop one of the city’s entrances, in an absolutely strategic position.”
