Pizzikotto Trento to be built by Fullservice Contract
Padua-based general contractor has recently started with construction works on new Pizzikotto Milan site where the works continue at full speed.
Pizzikotto chain had become part of Friulian colossus, Cigierre Group which controls over 350 restaurants in Italy and abroad, at the end of 2016 marking from then on an unstoppable growth.
In the 400 square meters of new Pizzikotto trento entrusted to Fullservice, there will not be only pizza. In addition to the pizzas, prepared with 100% organic flours and subjected to a long leavening process, the restaurant will also offer a wide choice of desserts, a tasty finish for 50% of the chain's customers.
Milan, opening soon Shi's and Pizzikotto
Two Fullservice teams will be in Milan from this weeks for the next two months. In addition to the construction sites in progress in Genoa, Vignola, Legnaro, Padua, Trieste, Mirano and Jesolo, there are two new openings branded Shi's and Pizzikotto in Milan.
Shi's, the Japanese fusion cuisine chain presents a new brand identity successfully managed by Fullservice in the Udine restaurant.
Pizzikotto is a constantly growing brand as shown by the frequent opening of new restaurants by Fullservice Contract. The chain of pizzerias and "lifferie", from the term of the Emilian dialect "liffo" meaning good and greedy, combines an authentic design and high quality cuisine.
Wiener Haus Tavagnacco new opening
Fullservice general contractor has been appointed for all works on new Wiener Haus building site. Wiener Haus draws inspiration of mittle european cuisine and belongs to Cigierre Group.

Shi's Mirano restaurant to open
Fullservice will build Shi's Mirano restaurant, a japanese fusion restaurant of Cigierre Group. The works have already started and the opening is scheduled on mid March.
Old Wild West Genoa coming soon
We have officially started the construction works on new Old Wild West Genova based construction site. The famous brand will soon duble its presence in the city and there will be a brand new restaurant for all sea cowboys.

Temakinho Lyon now open
Temakinho Lyon, the first restaurant of the alternative Japanese-Brazilian sushi chain, has opened its doors in the heart of the French city. The restaurant looks like a dream club wrapped in the Brazilian tropical forest in which compares the Japanese tiger, a symbol of courage, luck and strength, between flowers and palm trees. A successful format now also exported to France thanks to the original recipes that arise from the encounter between Japanese tradition and Brazilian culture.
Fullservice Contract took care of the entire project delivering it to the client in compliance with the "turnkey" formula.
Take me Home about to become an Old Wild West Modena
Fullservice team has been operational since early September at the new project Old Wild West Modena. After having created the innovative Take Me Home model during the health emergency, the time has come to convert it into the most appreciated and awarded Italian western style steakhouse.
