Targeted interventions aimed at limiting energy consumption at Vittorio Cini primary school in Monselice are about to start.

The supermarket is well-known for being equipped with a range of departments as “IN’s Orto”, “IN’s Forno” and “IN’s Pescheria” but also for its concrete actions on two important focuses: sustainability and inclusiveness.
After landing in large-scale distribution with IN’s Carpaneto Piacentino, the italian discount also entrusts to Padua based general contractor the opening of the next store in Treviso city.
March 2020 opening of the new retail park in Carpi
Great expectations for the opening of the retail park due to the strategic position and the vastness of the area concerned. 89 thousand square meters entirely planed for commercial activities overlooking the road.
In this context, Old Wild West will also be built, a Burger & Steak House chain for which a “stand-alone” building is envisaged and therefore independent from the main body of the park. The construction site, near the roundabout, has already been demarcated and the works are about to start. Fullservice will take care of the entire project. The wait will end in March 2020 when the new retail park is expected to open.
New openings in France for Old Wild West in Plaisir and Saint Etienne
We have begun with works in Plaisir and in Saint Etienne where the leading Italian restaurant brand Old Wild West expects two new openings in the first quarter of 2020. Cigierre Group, the Italian leader in thematic catering, will complete in the 2020 the expansion plan on the French market undertaken in 2019, a particularly dynamic market characterized by continuous growth.
Padua based general contractor will manage the new openings of Old Wild West in France also in 2020. A couple of Fullservice teams are already operating on site.
Premium mall in Roma Laurentino: opening soon Maximo Shopping Arena
In total, the center will boast 60,500 square meters and 165 shops on 3 levels in Roma Laurentino mall. In 40 minutes by car, the catchment area is 3.5 million inhabitants with a spending capacity 27% higher than the national average. In the first year, the expected visitors will be around 7 million.
In the context of a prime product, the one most sought after by international investors, the new Joyvillage will also be built. The location served by the great undo connection, the beauty of architecture and a refined design are the ingredients of the new generation of high-end shopping centers that will also qualify Joyvillage as a place to live, a destination.
At the beginning of the year, the particularly complex project began, both for the nature of the interventions to be performed and for the context.
The intervention that will be performed by the Paduan general contractor is aimed at setting up a space of almost 500 m2 used for entertainment.
The works started at the beginning of January 2020 for a total duration of 80 days. The nature of the planned works is divided into various phases and consists in the execution of internal construction works (construction of partitions, floor restoration), modification of systems (electrical, water, air conditioning, aspiration, fire prevention), assembly of components, furnishings.
As general contractor, Fullservice will carry out: demolition of existing works, plasterboard walls and false ceilings, hydraulic and fire prevention system, air conditioning system, electrical system, laying floors and walls, painting, furnishing and installation of equipment.
Since the construction site takes place inside a mixed use shopping center in progress, the various processing operations will be carried out based on the category and time, interfacing with the construction site management and Pilotage.
Old Wild West Ferrara opening soon
Works for the opening of the new Old Wild West in Ferrara in started in early January. One of Fullservice teams will carry out all the necessary interventions. In particular, the general contractors will deal with: plasterboard walls, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical system, laying floors and walls, painting, false ceilings, furnishings.
Old Wild West is the most rewarded italian restaurant. Fullservice Contract develops Old Wild West restaurants since the early 2000s.
Next opening Old Wild West Parma
New Old Wild West Parma will open soon in central Italy and one of our teams is already on site since early January 2020. Fullservice will deal with internal building works, industrial plants, floors, furnishings and facade cladding for an existing commercial building which will be readapted in order to become Old Wild West restaurant.
